H.E. President Macky Sall is the fourth President of the Republic of Senegal and was elected into office in 2012. Sall is a Senegalese politician, born December 11, 1961 in Fatick, town of which he was the mayor. He was the Senegalese Prime Minister for three years from 2004 to 2007 and he also served as President of the Senegalese National Assembly from 2007-2008. He studied geological engineering and geophysics at University Cheikh Anta Diop in Dakar (1988) and the French Institute of Petroleum outside Paris
